Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:

CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
You'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the "No, I do not have a member account" option when asked to log in to the registration system.

COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION
After you create your new member account, you'll need to choose "Register Now" you will be asked to fill in parent information

COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION
Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information. You'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.
CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE!

After you've filled in your parent and player(s) information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card online and we are now offering a payment plan.

Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted for your security.

Our pricing structure for 2020 is as follows:

From February 1 to April 30:
Instructional Football and Cheer/Pom $150
Freshman and JV Cheer/Pom $250
Freshman and JV Football $275

From May 1 - end of registration: (WE HAVE CHOSEN TO WAIVE THIS PRICE INCREASE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC)
Instructional Football and Cheer/Pom $170
Freshman and JV Cheer/Pom $270
Freshman and JV Football $295

It is mandatory to have a physical before a player can begin to practice. Please turn in proof of player physical, a photocopy of player birth certificate, and a copy of their last report card dated June of this year at equipment/uniform pickup day.

PLEASE NOTE: Some birth certificates contain the Social Security Numbers of the parents. Make sure to safeguard this information when you are making a copy of your birth certificates.

Volunteering Deposit $100:
Every family is required to volunteer 3 times per season. Sign-ups will be emailed out once the game schedule is known.

Equipment/Uniform Deposit $100:
An equipment/uniform deposit needs to be made on equipment/uniform pickup day. All deposits will be returned on equipment/uniform return day. If you have not met your volunteering commitment or did not turn in your equipment/uniform, your check will be considered a donation to HPYFA/PYA. All checks should be made to HPYFA/PYA.
