Volunteer Schedule for Week One
The HPYFA would like to thank all of the parents who have signed up to help in the various positions required to make sure that our home games are amongst the best run games in the LCAJFL. If you have not already contacted your team’s Volunteer Coordinator to sign up and help, please do so within the next week so we can get the schedules set for the remainder of the home games. Please remember that the HPYFA reduced registration fees for the 2010 season and as part of the registration process, all parents agreed to volunteer to help at the home games. For the 8/28/10 home games, we are still in need of the following:
Red Freshman Game 8:50AM to 11:00AM
1 Clock/Scorekeeper—The pressbox is the best seat in the house!
1 Spotter—The pressbox is the best seat in the house!
Red Junior Varsity Game 10:50AM to 1:00PM
1 50-50 Volunteer

HPYFA Orders Riddell Revolution Speed Helmets for 2010
In 2009, the HPYFA upgraded our game-day jerseys to a three color professional-style football jersey. We have added another significant equipment upgrade in 2010! The HPYFA Board has approved the purchase of 200 Riddell Youth Revolution Speed Helmets. Riddell is the official helmet of the National Football League and this helmet is similar to the helmets that the pros wear on Sunday. 2010 Football/Cheer/Pom Registration Fees have been reduced!!!
In light of the difficult economic climate that we are all facing, the HPYFA Board of Directors has reviewed the participant fee structure. At the January 2010 Board Meeting, the Board voted unanimously to reduce the registration fees for all programs for the coming season.
2010 Instructional Program Fees:
$95.00 per participant (a 50% savings over 2009 fees)
2010 Freshman/JV/Varsity Program Fees:
$185.00 per participant (an 8% savings over 2009 fees)
