HPYFA Fundraiser to Benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation
The HPYFA Program will pay tribute to our Military and First Responders by holding a fundraiser at our first group of home football games on Saturday August 24th. Active and Retired Military Personnel and First Responders will be admitted to the games free of charge that day and the program will be holding several fundraisers to benefit the Pat Tillman Foundation. This will include the very popular Tackle-a-thon where players will collect pledges for contributions per tackle made in the games. All admission charges and proceeds from the concession stand will be ear-marked for this fundraiser so please bring the entire family. There will be many other fun, family oriented activities during the games all in the spirit of "Saluting the American Hero"!
As an additional tribute, the football players and cheer/pom participants will be wearing digital camo jerseys for the entire season. These jerseys have been ordered and will be distributed on photo day.
Please watch this area of the website for more details to come soon. The fundraiser flyer can be downloaded by clicking here. If you would like to assist in the planning and coordination of this fundraiser, please contact Rob Smithpeters at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All registration fees and equipment/volunteer deposits must be paid in full before equipment will be released to any player. Also, if your son or daughter has changed their mind about participating in the HPYFA Football, Cheer and Pom Programs for the coming season, the refund policy is as follows:
Refund Policy: A $25 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. 100% refund (after $25 handling fee) will be granted prior to equipment handout. 50% refund (after $25 handling fee) will be granted through the 1st week of practice. No refunds will be permitted after the 1st week of practice.
